This is the fourth in a 34-part series of books telling the story of Monkey from the ancient Chinese fantasy novel "Journey to the West". In the previous volume, "Monkey's Conversion", Monkey, after five hundred years under the Five Elements Mountain, was accepted as a disciple by Xuan-zang, the Tang Priest, who was on his way to the West to fetch the scriptures.
"Trouble on Black Wind Mountain" illustrated by 54 coloured pictures, tells how Xuanzang's cassock is stolen by the Black Bear Spirit when Monkey shows it off at the Guanyin Monastery and what adventures and troubles Monkey has in getting it back.
